Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science (SRCAS) is proud to partner with L&T Product Development Centre to host an industry-focused Innovation Challenge that bridges academia and innovation.
This Innovation Challenge exposes students to real industry problem statements, encouraging solutions aligned with actual engineering workflows, planning challenges, and data-driven decision-making. By bringing together the brightest minds to solve challenges across emerging technologies, the event fosters innovation that translates into real-world impact.

Guidelines for PIVOT Innovation Challenge
Open to Engineering Students from all streams
Free Registration
Participation is completely free! No registration fees required to join the PIVOT Innovation Challenge.
Team Size: 2-4 Members
Team members can be of 2-4 students
SRCAS Campus
The PIVOT Innovation Challenge will be held at Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.
Valid College ID Required
All participants must carry a valid college ID card for verification during the event.
Submission Format
- File format PDF only
- Word limit 1200 words (strict)
- Pages Maximum 3 page.
Guidelines for PIVOT Innovation Challenge
Round 1 is focused on evaluating the idea and approach, not the final solution. Each team must submit a PDF abstract.

Frequently Asked Questions
The event has two rounds: Round 1 is abstract submission and shortlisting; Round 2 is a final presentation by shortlisted teams. Abstracts are reviewed for relevance, structure, feasibility and originality; shortlisted teams get time to refine their concept for final evaluation.
